Friday Night: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Leadership Lunch: 1.30 PM – 2.30PM (additional session must be registered for in advance).
Saturday Night: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
(Doors open 30 minutes before each session.)

Award-winning artist and one of Australia’s leading artists.
Kirsty Neilson is recognised for her captivating and emotive paintings that convey a deep sense of humanity and compassion. Her work has been featured in Australia’s most prestigious art prizes, including the Archibald Prize.
Her work often carries stories of justice and truth, informed by her experiences witnessing poverty and suffering in developing nations.

Guest Worship Artist from Southland Worship.
Southland is the worship ministry of Elevation Church Australia, and are carrying the torch for Australian worship into a new era. Named after their nation's true and Christian namesake, and now partnering with Integrity Music, Southland's debut live record "Like The World Has Never Seen" aims at continuing in a long line of world changing worship from Australia, Southland of the Holy Spirit.
The event is designed for women of all ages from 13 and up. Please note there are no childminding services available.
A Parents Room will be available for nursing mothers and parents of children under 3 years of age.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Morning Tea for Saturday 8th November is included in the ticket price. Please indicate any dietary requirements during registration.
No other meals are included in the general ticket price. However, there are nearby restaurants and cafes in the Shellharbour area for you to enjoy before or after the sessions (see below).
If you choose to purchase the Add On of the ‘Leadership Lunch Session’ to your Conference Registration Ticket, Lunch will be provided for this session only. Please indicate any dietary requirements during registration.

Are meals included in the ticket price?
Yes! A group registration discount is available for bookings of 10 or more people at $85 per person.

Can I register a group?
Seating is general admission. If you’re coming with a group, we recommend arriving early to sit together.
There will be some reserved seating for Guest Speakers, Large Church Groups and Parents with Prams.
Is seating allocated?
Yes. The Shellharbour Civic Centre is wheelchair accessible. Please let the organisers know in advance if you have specific access needs when registering.
Will there be accessibility support?
Yes, free parking is available at and around the Shellharbour Civic Centre.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes! If you're bringing a baby or toddler (ages 0–3), there is a Parents Room just outside the main auditorium.
It’s a quiet space where you can feed, settle, or care for your child without missing the conference—there’s a live video feed of the sessions.
Nappy change station is available in the accessible toilet nearby.
Please sit near an aisle or door in the main room so you can exit easily if needed.
Is there a Parents Room available?
Is my ticket transferable or refundable?
Refunds are not available for this event. However, you may:
Transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing us at info@believe.church at least 72 hours before the event.
Reallocate tickets within your group via Eventbrite (if applicable).

It’s an exclusive add-on session for full-time delegates on Saturday, 8 November.

This session isn’t just for church pastors, it’s for anyone serving in leadership, whether you’re a Small Group Leader, Worship Leader, or Volunteer Leader. Come and be equipped to lead with Godly wisdom and principles.
