Our Creative Team (Worship & Tech Team) come together bi-monthly for a night of training, inspiration, learning new songs, and building community.

what is WORSHIP?

At Believe Church our heart is to create an authentic, God-glorifying place of worship where people can experience the life-changing presence and power of God. Through the creative expression of music and song, we believe it is vital to gather together to lift up the name of Jesus.

We aim to bring an offering of worship that is dynamic, contemporary and timeless. We value genuine “spirit and truth” worship that both connects people to God and each other, as we thank Him for what He has done, exalt Him for who He is, and praise Him for what He is yet to do!

In July we’re launching our brand-new series Family Matters by taking church back to where it all begins the home!

On Sunday, July 6, instead of gathering in one big location, Believe Church will be meeting in homes across our city🏠

Each home gathering will include worship, a streaming message, fellowship, and meaningful connection time with other church families.

You’ll join a safe, approved Host Home led by one of our church family.

Church isn’t just something we attend; it’s something we are.

Meeting together as the wider church at the Wollongong Town Hall is important, but real life, happens in our homes. 

Let’s celebrate what God is doing in our homes and kick off Family Matters together!

Believe Men’s Night – Let’s Go!

Fellas, this is your night. We’re firing up the BBQ, cranking the worship, and bringing the guys together for a night that’s all about real connection, solid conversation, and good food. No fluff — just great people, great vibes, and God!

Most men are isolated. Most men travel alone. And that’s right where the enemy wants us. The sad fact is that most men today have hundreds of acquaintances, and no real friends. We shake hands with many yet know very few.

The Bible says that we should “Pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up”. Men need to be back-to-back with another man in order to be victorious in the battle for men’s souls.

Pastors Andrew and Janine would love to invite you to the Wollongong Town Hall on Sunday 20th April for our Easter Sunday Celebration! We’re meeting together at 10am and will be having a special one hour family service.

The Believe Kids will be having an Easter Egg-traveganza after the service! The kids will race to find bunny paw prints, with prizes being an Easter bag filled with yummy Easter treats!

We also invite everyone to join us after the service for morning tea.

There is free street parking around the Town Hall and the Wollongong Library Council Carpark on Stewart St is a short 200m walk from the gallery.

We invite you to join us at Stuart Park - Lagoon Foreshore for Church in the Park! We’re gathering Sunday 26th January (Australia Day) at 9am at Stuart Park.

Join us for a time of Worship, Communion, the Word of God preached and Water Baptisms! These gatherings are always a fun time of connection and celebration, and a fantastic opportunity to take part in an important stage of the Christian journey.

Water baptism is an important step for every Believer, and a powerful public demonstration of our obedience and commitment to Christ. If you would like to be baptised, or would like to find out more, please contact us on info@believe.church or speak to our Service Host team at the Connect Hub after one of our Sunday Services.

We meet at the Lagoon Foreshore between Lagoon Seafood Restaurant and the Stuart Park Playground. Look out for the Believe Church flags for our spot. and remember to bring along a picnic rug and chairs.
